As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and representing Haus capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and leveraging industry connections.
  • Represent Haus capabilities to potential clients, marrying their unique needs to Haus capabilities and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, marketing managers, and decision-makers.
  • Make introductions and acquire RFPS for Haus leadership team which is comprised of Creative, Tech + Production
  • Collaborate with leadership team during the pitch process
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Key Skills

  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, technologies, and trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure high-value contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market dynamics and identify new opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
