Program Manager

HAUS is looking to add a Program Manager to our growing team. The Theatrical Program Manager oversees the intake and resourcing of all theatrical projects including Print, Digital and AV asset production and the routing of those projects to an external vendor network for fulfillment. They communicate with all stakeholders to reinforce the production pipeline and process, while managing vendor slate expectations. They focus on optimizing post production workflows to gain efficiencies while upholding quality standards with vendors.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Manage slating, routing and resourcing for asset fulfillment across all theatrical projects.
  • Provide direction and support for external partners on timeline expectations and prioritization.
  • Track projects and provide data to cross functional partners and and leaders as needed.
  • Implement and optimize project management tooling.
  • Communicate with production partners to ensure the consistency of day-to-day workflows.
  • Document and optimize existing workflows and develop new, scalable ones to champion the efficient production of high-quality creative.
  • Reinforce cross-functional communication for ease of information sharing to various stakeholders..
  • Identify gaps and propose creative solutions to alleviate production issues.
  • Assess and provide feedback on external production partnerships.
  • Track and report on vendor KPIs and identify opportunities for efficiency plays.
  • Own the training and associated training documentation for new partners.

Qualifications-

Our ideal candidate would exhibit the following:

  • Theatrical marketing expertise and experience working in market.
  • Extensive experience in the post production industry, preferably at a post production agency and/or managing a post-production team within an agency.
  • Experience with AV, Print and Digital marketing post workflows, both creative and technical (design reformatting, key art delivery, AV post finishing, etc.)
  • Experience working in tandem with localization efforts on global campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge in post asset production workflow and the ability to apply that knowledge to scheduling support with vendors.
  • Strong project management background managing high asset volume projects with quick turnarounds.
  • Strong operational skills, specifically when running day to day workflows
  • Strong communication skills, specifically when communicating across various internal and external partners on various projects.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional partners in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to forecast volume and workload in a theatrical marketing setting.
  • Experience working and communicating with creatives ie. Editors, motion graphics artists, etc.
  • Ability to optimize workflows for large workstreams with varying stakeholders and complexity factors and effectively communicate/educate partners on those updates.
  • Ability to jump from high level strategic thinking to tactical project level troubleshooting.
