Our long-standing relationship with Uber includes designing and maintaining Uber.com, so it was no surprise when Uber Eats engaged us to build their marketing website for merchants. They needed a partner to not only launch the multi-regional, multi-language site—but to stay on as their web team supporting its ongoing optimization and growth.

With more customers than ever wanting their goods brought directly to their doorstep—in a timely manner—Merchants needed an established delivery platform (like Uber Eats) to deliver their food, retail goods, pet supplies, and even flowers. It was crucial to build a site that helped Uber Eats stand out from the competition while communicating the robust set of tools that their Merchants could take advantage of.

To bring the site to life, we extended Ubers illustration library to communicate key messaging throughout the experience. The eats-specific color palette and distinct illustrative style give life to ideas and sets an inviting, helpful tone.
